Artists may enter annual arts festival

Ventura County Visual Artists are invited to be a part of the seventh Annual Thousand Oaks Arts Festival to celebrate the visual and performing arts of the area.
The Festival is set for September 11 and 12, 2010, at Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Mary and Richard Carpenter Plaza Park, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd., and The Lakes at Thousand Oaks, and will feature more than 60 local visual arts exhibitors, live performances through-out both days, art demonstrations, and children's interactive hands-on exhibits.
Application deadline is July 15, 2010. Artists’ booths are $235 each with a $35 application fee. A canopy is provided for each booth.
Festival admission is free for the public and hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday set-up is encouraged as overnight security is provided.
